My name is E-Chef Alan and I have been a Professional Pastry Chef for the past one and a half decade or so. Presently attached in the teaching faculty as a lecturer in Professional Chef Training, I found using visual aid to teach and to impart with recipes are better than audible or theoritical sessions alone.
